The City of South San Francisco is excited to introduce Instant Language Assistance (ILA)! 

ILA is a new tool that provides real-time translation, allowing you to select your preferred language and instantly connect to City Council and select city meetings from anywhere. You don’t have to be in the same room as the City Council meeting to listen and read along.  

It's super easy, all you have to do is scan the QR code. Whether you’re in the Council Chambers or joining remotely, ILA allows you to follow meetings and experience clear communication across multiple languages,  

This pilot program will launch with City Council and select commission meetings, making it easier than ever for our diverse community to stay informed and connected.
