Chair Yoga at the Library

Join us for Chair Yoga class, designed for seniors but open to all 18 and up.
Taught by Aditi Sharma, a certified RYT-200 instructor, this class is tailored to offer gentle, accessible yoga practices that promote mobility, flexibility, and well-being.
No prior yoga experience is required, and all levels of fitness are welcome.
Classes are capped at 20 participants. Please arrive early and stay seated until the class begins; doors close at 1 PM and late arrivals are not permitted.
After the September 12 session, registration will be required for all Chair Yoga events at the library. Please click this link or scan the below QR code to register for the remaining sessions in 2025. Priority is given to those who pre-register and arrive early; seats will open for walk-ins and waitlist registrants at 12:55 p.m.
