Clipper Start Sign Up

Come apply for a discounted Clipper card available for the following forms of transit:

• SamTrans
• Caltrain
• Bart
• and more!

To qualify you must meet these requirements:

• Be a resident of the SF Bay Area
• Be 19-64 years old
• Have a household income of 200% of the federal poverty level or less
