What to expect: up to 30 minutes of assistance with a specific problem or question, subject to availability.
What we can’t do:
Upgrade or fix your hardware (for broken hardware, try Fixit Clinic)
Remove malware or viruses
Filling out forms—we can’t handle your private information
Anything that involves equipment that cannot be brought to the library
