Tech Drop-in

Do you need help with your cell phone, tablet, e-reader, or laptop? Bring your device and your questions and get help from library staff and volunteers. No registration needed, just drop by!

When?

Monday - Friday mornings and early afternoons, as follows:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 10 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (we hold a Tech Tuesday workshop from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
  • Thursday: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Where?

Library | Parks & Recreation Center, 2nd Floor Digital Media Lab

What to expect:

Up to 30 minutes of assistance with a specific problem or question, subject to availability

What we can’t do: 

  • Upgrade or fix your hardware (for broken hardware, try Fixit Clinic) 
  • Remove malware or viruses
  • Filling out forms—we can’t handle your private information
  • Anything that involves equipment that cannot be brought to the library
