PLCAF: Small Press Comics Expo

Celebrate our tenth Peninsula Libraries Comic Arts Fest (PLCAF) and our fifth Small Press Comics Expo (SPCE) by meeting amazing local creators and our inspirational keynote speakers! As always, SPCE and all our PLCAF events are FREE. Visit our artist alley exhibit hall and peruse prints, plushies, zines, comics, and more!

The Expo is BARTable and accessible via SamTrans! Additional parking is available across El Camino Real at 33 Arroyo Drive below the Municipal Services Building.

Parking

There is free, 4-hour parking at the Library | Parks & Recreation Center, with reserved spots for handicap vehicles, energy efficient vehicles, short term parking, and six electric vehicle chargers. There is also a small parking garage with additional handicap parking spots under the building.

Overflow parking is available in the underground garage of the SSF Municipal Service Building, located at 33 Arroyo Drive. The entrance to the garage is located off El Camino Real. There is also street parking in front of the 33 Arroyo Drive building.

**Please do not use Safeway or Pacific Market lots as overflow parking.
