How do I apply for a City business license & vending permit?

First, you will apply for a business license, and then the City will give you information about applying for a vendor permit.

What else do I need to know?

  • You must provide a trashcan for your patrons to use.
  • Clean up all trash around your food truck.
  • Keep the sidewalk clear and open. Don’t block the sidewalk with tables or chairs.
  • All disposable products (plates, bowls, utensils, etc.) must be non-plastic, fiber-based, and compostable, per the City’s Disposable Foodware Ordinance. For more information, visit the City's Sustainability Plans & Ordinances webpage
