Neighbors throughout South San Francisco came together for National Night Out, an annual nationwide event focused on building stronger communities and fostering positive relationships between residents and public safety partners.

Residents had the opportunity to speak with South San Francisco police officers, firefighters, City staff, and local organizations while participating in family-friendly activities. From the Elks Lodge to Good News Chapel down to neighborhoods in Buri Buri, each gathering invited neighbors to connect and get to know their community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, hosted a gathering, or helped make the evening possible. National Night Out showed that building a stronger South City can start with something as simple as meeting a neighbor, and saying hello. Visit our City Calendar for more opportunities to connect with our South San Francisco community.
